UK Delivery Times:
On orders under £40
£3.99 - 'Royal Mail 48' delivery on all UK orders. Delivery time 2 business days.
£6.99 - 'Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm'. Delivery time next day delivery.
Please note the cut off time for orders being shipped with 'Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm' delivery Mon/Fri is 12:00 GMT, in the case of orders being placed after this time, those orders will be dispatched the next working day. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming this.
On orders over £40

International Delivery Times:
Europe delivery aim is 3-5 working days and Worldwide is 5-7 working days.
Rates are as follows:
Europe: £3.99
Rest of the World: £4.99
When you input your shipping destination in our shipping calculator at the basket it will generate the shipping cost. If any customs or import charges occur these are the responsibility of the recipient, these will be charged at the point of delivery. We have no control over these charges as all charges will vary depending on the destination selected.
Please note any European orders will now have customs/import charges which is the responsibility of the recipient to pay.
Locations:
Rarely, we are unable to send to certain countries. We are also occasionally unable to deliver to PO Boxes. When entering shipping address, if your country does not appear in the drop-down menu, this means we do not deliver to your region at this time.

Unsuccessful deliveries:
We are not able to give delivery instructions such a ‘leave in a safe place’. After an unsuccessful delivery attempt a card will be left containing the time of delivery, the consignment number, a contact number for your closest courier depot.
The item with stay at the local Royal Mail Depot for 18 days then if not collected will be returned to Bullion Eyewear HQ. If following this the customer care team receive no contact from you regarding the order, the payment will automatically be refunded, minus any delivery and return delivery charges.
RETURNS
In the case that you are require an exchange, or are not fully satisfied with the goods, the item(s) should be returned to Bullion Eyewear HQ at the address (See below) with their original packaging, within 14 days of the receipt.
Please complete the 'Returns Form' that came within the packaging, if for any reason you have lost this it is available through the link above and then place within the packaging when sending back.
For UK customers please use the prepaid label which was included within your package.

Please note for European and International returns the customer is responsible for the postage costs to send the item(s) back.
Please also note, if we do not have the available stock for the requested exchange, a full refund will be made by default, a confirmation of this will be sent via email.
Please do allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed fully.
All refunds will be through the initial method of payment.
Incorrect order:
In the rare event that your order is incorrect, or you have item(s) missing, please contact us on info@bullioneyewear.com with your order number and a description within 7 days.
For International returns we recommend that you return your items using a registered post service that obtains a signature on delivery. You should keep a receipt of posting for your records as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in attempting to be returned to us.
